Since joining EDEN+ in 2025, Erin has contributed to capital campaigns that have raised more than $7 million, partnering with organizations such as the Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa and the Des Moines Children's Museum. Her work spans wealth screening and prospect research, major gift strategy, donor pipeline development, case and briefing development, and volunteer and board engagement.

Sustainability and social responsibility are themes that have guided Erin's path, both professionally and personally. She holds a degree in Political Science and Global Development Studies from Grinnell College, where she built a foundation focused on sustainability, public policy, and community engagement.

Originally from Connecticut and now based in Des Moines, Erin loves traveling, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. That instinct to connect with different places and the people who call them home informs her collaborative approach, helping organizations build meaningful donor relationships and achieve their philanthropic goals.
